Hey, I had a idea.
Since im poor and cant give anyone a subscription for winning first, then what about the first place winner gets there picture put on the front page (featured) for a month untill the next month when another contest will be held. Second. third and fourth will be posted in the journals untill the next contest.? Sound good?
With it being November, who would like to have a thanksgiving contest involving the fruits Basket characters? The only catch, Kyo must be in the picture somewhere, whether hes a person or a cat ^^

You could try typing in the search word Kyo... and going to deviations that have Kyo in them and telling them about the contest and asking them if they are interested. If you don't over do it... I wouldn't call it spam... just trying to get the word out. You tend to get two or three people that way if you work at it.
